About This Tool
What is FairLot?
FairLot is a free, community-built database of mobile home park lot rents across Vermont and Nevada. We collect rent data directly from residents and state registries, making it available so everyone can see whether their park charges a fair price.
There is no catch. You share your rent, we show you the picture.
How is the data used?
Your submission is combined with others to calculate anonymous county-level statistics: medians, ranges, and trends. We never show your individual rent amount or link it to your name or address.
We may share anonymized, aggregated data with housing researchers and legal aid groups working on behalf of residents.
